By using the Instant Home Quotes website and submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Our Service

Instant Home Quotes is a free comparison and lead generation service for UK homeowners. We match homeowners seeking home improvement quotes with vetted local installers. We are not a contractor, installer, or trade business ourselves.

Submitting a quote request through our website will result in up to 3 vetted local installers contacting you by phone and/or email to provide quotes.

Eligibility

You must be:

• Aged 18 or over
• A UK resident
• The property owner or acting with the property owner's explicit consent

Our Role

Instant Home Quotes acts as an introducer only. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or completeness of quotes provided by installers
• Any work carried out by installers introduced through our platform
• Any disputes arising between you and an installer
• The conduct, accreditations, or insurance status of introduced installers (though we take reasonable steps to vet them)

Any contract for work is solely between you and the installer. We strongly recommend verifying an installer's accreditations, insurance, and reviews independently before agreeing to any work.

Your Obligations

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your enquiry
• Not submit enquiries on behalf of third parties without their consent
• Not misuse, spam, or attempt to circumvent our service
• Treat installers who contact you with courtesy and respect

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — is the property of Instant Home Quotes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Home Quotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service or from services provided by introduced installers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
